RailTable sells one machine, and sells it properly.
The RailTable 4000 was not designed by a machine-tool company for a catalogue. It was built by a sign and cladding shop for its own floor, because nothing on the market did what they needed: cut a four-metre composite panel dead straight and V-groove it in the same pass, without two people and a wall saw. They built one, then they built one for the shop down the road, and then they stopped taking orders for signs long enough to build them properly.
That origin is the reason the details are right. The stop is where your hand already is. The bed is sigma extrusion so the panel slides and the face does not mark. The frame is a single four-metre weldment squared at the factory, because a frame joined in the middle is a frame that goes out of square in a year. And the carriage plate is one piece of 5 mm laser-cut steel for the same reason.
Every machine is built to order. There is no warehouse of them anywhere, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a date we cannot keep: five days on the shop floor, then roughly twenty-five on the water if it is crossing to the Americas. Orders can be placed with the factory in Turkey or with the company in the United States, and customers close to the factory can have stock held for them on request.
